Apple Mac mini G4 (Poor)

Originally manufactured in 2005, these refurbished and upgraded machines are some of the fastest computers that can natively run Mac OS 9. All of our machines are upgraded to a 128 GB SSD via an IDE to mSATA adapter and 1 GB of RAM, the maximum these machines can take. In addition they are cleaned, the clock battery is replaced, and a Mac OS 9 image from https://macos9lives.com is pre-installed before shipping.

This machine is in Poor cosmetic condition - that's a mini with major yellowing, a cracked case, excessive space between the bottom and top of the case, and/or engraving on the case. The picture you see is an example. It is not the exact mini you are ordering.

All of these machines have at a minimum 1 ethernet port, 2 USB-A ports, 1 Firewire port, and 1 DVI port. They are all shipped with a power adapter. You can optionally order USB speakers (required for sound in Mac OS 9) and a period Apple mouse from us (third-party mice can be finicky). You will need a monitor that accepts DVI or a DVI to HDMI or DVI to VGA adapter.

Please note that you are purchasing a two decade old used machine. It does not come with a warranty. We do our best to ensure everything is working well before we ship it out to you. But the nature of vintage electronics is that things do break with age. If you receive your mini and it does not power on after you unbox it, you can ship it back to us within 7 days at your own shipping expense and we will refund you the purchase price upon receipt of the returned unit. Beyond that there is no warranty. We cannot be responsible for incompatibilities between the mini and your display, mouse, keyboard, or other accessories.
